Refund Policy

At Advait Travels, we strive to provide exceptional travel experiences. Please review our refund policy below to understand the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancellations by Customers
Notification: Customers must submit cancellation requests in writing via email or designated cancellation form.
Cancellation Fees: Cancellations may be subject to applicable fees depending on the timing:
- More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus a processing fee of 300/-.
-15-30 days before departure: Refund of 50% of the total booking amount.
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund unless otherwise specified in the booking terms.
- Special Conditions: Non-refundable deposits or payments, if specified at the time of booking, are not eligible for refund.
2. Refunds for Cancellations by the Agency
- If the agency cancels or significantly alters the travel arrangements, customers are entitled to:
- Full refund of all payments made, or
- An alternative travel arrangement, subject to customer preference.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- Please note that bank processing times may affect the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Exclusions and Non-Refundable Items
- Certain services or products may have separate non-refundable policies. Customers are advised to review these conditions at the time of booking.
5. Force Majeure
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or travel bans.
6. Amendments and Exceptions
- Refunds or amendments requested outside of this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of Advait Travels.
